Important things to know about your appointment
Prior to your initial appointment, we will have a personalized consultation to ensure the best possible experience. This consultation will involve a series of carefully crafted questions to understand your unique skin concerns and aspirations comprehensively, ultimately guiding us toward achieving your desired glowing complexion. For clients under the age of 18, it is essential that a parent or guardian complete a separate consent form prior to the consultation.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important. Your personal information such as your name, email, phone number, health history, and birthday creates an easy booking experience and an ideal treatment plan. Your personal information is never disclosed to any third party.
BOOKING
To conveniently schedule an appointment and check my availability, I encourage you to book directly through our website. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to me via message, and I will gladly assist you in finding a suitable time slot. Please note that in order to secure your booking, I kindly require your card information as part of our cancellation policy. This ensures a seamless and efficient scheduling process while allowing us to maintain our commitment to both punctuality and excellent service
CANCELLATIONS
Unexpected events come up from time to time; I understand entirely. However, to avoid a cancellation fee, let us know 24 hours in advance out of respect for your service provider. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend, a fee will be applied. The fee is 25% of the service.
RESULTS
Please bear in mind that individual outcomes may vary based on several factors. These include the accurate information provided in our new client form, the initial condition of your skin upon arrival at the salon, and the consistency of your self-care routine following your salon visit. It is important to note that a single skin treatment typically does not provide a complete resolution for your specific skin concerns. To effectively manage and maintain optimal skin health, I highly recommend a regimen consisting of regular facials and dedicated professional home care.
REFUND POLICY
While I do not offer refunds, I am fully committed to addressing any concerns you may encounter to the best of my abilities. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me, and I will make every effort to find a suitable resolution that meets your needs and ensures your positive experience.
SANITATION & SAFETY COMMITMENT
The Board of Barber and Cosmetology has long prioritized the implementation of rigorous disinfection and safety protocols, a commitment that extends beyond the pandemic. In addition to my studies as a licensed esthetician, I have taken additional Spa Sanitation and Illness Prevention courses. Rest assured, your health and safety are always my top priority.
To maintain a pristine and hygienic environment, all equipment and tools utilized during treatments undergo thorough disinfection using approved hospital-grade EPA-registered disinfectants. Before each service, meticulous cleaning procedures are followed to ensure the utmost cleanliness of my hands and all surfaces.
In the interest of protecting the health and well-being of both guests and practitioners, I kindly request that individuals who are feeling unwell, exhibiting symptoms, or in the process of recovering from an illness refrain from visiting the studio. This precautionary measure helps to maintain a safe and healthy atmosphere for all.
